I created a form, but it keeps saying it is disabled. I have enabled the form.

    When you click on the link the following text appears:

    This form is disabled.

    I see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. I notice that your forms are collecting credit card numbers on plain text fields. It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing.

    I have remove the guilty fields from the enabled forms and activated your account. Also, you are required to remove the credit card fields from the other form as well immediately to avoid any further suspensions on your account. If you need to collect any payments, it is required to use on of the payment methods available in the form builder. 

    The payment methods comply with the PCI/DSS security standards that is mandatory to process the credit card payment online.
