Some fields are not showing up in the email copy.

    Hi, on some of my forms not all of the fields are showing up on the email copy.  They are being stored if I check the "Inbox" of the form in Jotform but I need them to show up in the email.  I checked the Email under notifications and they are listed to be shown.  In the attached image you will see the ones that are the issue: CLickTo46 etc.  Also on another for the Terms and Conditions section is not showing up.  The reason I need this is they are autoresponded to the client so they get a copy.


    Please advise how I fix this.

    It does seem like the fields are not appearing in the notification even when they are filled.

    To resolve this issue, simply delete the current notification on your form and then setup a new notification. The new notification should have the details from the Multiple Text Widget and the Terms. Below is an example from the new notification I created on a cloned form.


    On a different note, please let me inform you that collecting login credentials (username/password) is strictly prohibited on jotform. This is considered a violation of jotform's terms. To avoid being autosuspended by our Phishing detector, please delete the fields that are asking for login credentials on your form.
