Something wrong with email notifications?

    Hello, can you help me!

    I have created a form and I started with a template I found and then changed the theme also. Then I adjusted the template and translated it into my language.

    When I test the form and fill out some of the fields and press send it goes to my email but it has the old template questions and not my new questions? When I log in to Jotform and look at Wiew submission then the correct answers is there with the correct questions. Why don't I get the same at my email? Can you help me?

    Hi Louise,

    I have checked your form and your email notifications. Despite changing the configuration of your form the settings of email notifications remained the same. Please check it:

    As you can see the fields are still the old ones, not reflecting your recent configuration. To resolve this issue, please delete this particular notification setting and then create a new one. You will see that the field names are the same with your form in the email notifications.

    Please apply this and see if the issue still persists. Let us know if it does.
