How to uncheck a radio button when having only one option?

Asked by mahindrausa on October 28, 2016 at 01:39 PM

When filling out a form, if our dealer accidentally checks the wrong question's radio button, it will not allow it to be unchecked.  Is there a setting that will allow this?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to uncheck the radio button once it is selected without using Javascript. Injecting Javascript to JotForms is not allowed due to security issues. In this case, you'll need to use a checkbox instead of a radio button. Please replace the radio button on the form with a checkbox and it should resolve the issue.

You can also restrict the option to have the number of options can be selected from the field properties.

    Hope this information helps!
