Why are my jotform notifications not coming through to my email?

    When we view submissions, we have three from today - but they never came through to our email linked to this form (wfdsup@sears.ca).  We have tried adding different emails and performed several tests with 3 different jotforms and none of them are sending the email notifications.

    I checked the email address but there are no failed email deliveries for wfdsup@sears.ca. If you are not receiving email alerts to that address, please check your spam folder for possibilities of the emails landing there.

    However, the email address mbertol@sears.ca was found in the bounce list. I have now removed it so you should start receiving email alerts from JotForm again to that address.

    We are having email issues recently. JotForm emails are falling into spam folders of some of the email providers. Could you please check your email spam box? If JotForm emails are there, could you please select all of them and mark them as not spam.
