I canceled my subscription

    I downgraded to the free plan sometime last month and it tried to charge me for bronze. I just went in and downgraded it again and I want to make sure it gets done. Thanks.

    It looks like that you have downgraded your account subscription from the billing section of your account. Since the account subscription is paid using PayPal, it is required to cancel the subscription from the PayPal dashboard.

    In order to cancel your Paypal Subscription:

    1. Log into your PayPal account

    2. Find the latest payment you made to us

    3. Click on your subscription number

    4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button.

    When you cancel your subscription you will not be charged again. Your JotForm account is now downgraded to Free subscription.
