I just want to ask that

For an example. If people can see 10,000 form view so how they can submit unlimited form in $19 plan after open 10,000 times view form on website. Is it possible to submit unlimited forms. If yes then how?

If I have understood you correctly you want to know if we have a plan that allows unlimited submissions. Currently, no. The maximum amount of monthly submissions is 100,000 on Gold plan. 

As you can see on the Bronze plan which is $19 submission limit is 1,000 monthly. Please clarify your question if this is not what you want to learn.

If I have $19 Plan. I create one form and placed on my website. Now

User visited more than 10,000 times on my website. I have only 10,000 time monthly form views limit. So, how people can see after of 10,000 monthly forms views and If they can not see my forms then How can I get unlimited submission from my website.

Actually, when you reach the 10,000 monthly form view limit your forms are disabled until the 1st of next month. So, users will not be able to see your forms till then. 

Since these limitations are monthly you can continue receiving submissions next month and this goes on like that.
