any of my forms no one gets an auto reply, its all setup.

Are you referring to this form(https://www.jotform.com/62815308277258)? I've checked this and I didn't see any new submissions.
I did a test submission on your form and I entered my email address in the Email field. After hitting the submit button, I received the auto-responder email in my inbox.

I checked the mail logs and I can see that the notification are being sent successfully to your email.
You are probably referring to this form (https://www.jotform.com/form/2780739891). I checked the auto-responder email of that form and I can see that the Recipient Email is set to "Name:" which is incorrect. This should be set to "Email" field.
Please change the Recipient Email of the autoresponder in order to fix that.
