My form is displaying safety error on the web site

    when i try my form it goes to a page saying danger could be hacked, with botton to bing me back to safety

    It seems that the screenshot added to the thread is not uploaded correctly. I have checked your web page and see that the form is displaying normally at my end. Please see the screenshot below:

    If the issue is happening only on your PC, we request you to check with any anti-virus software that may be blocking the JotForm web site. Also, please check if any addons installed for the browser are causing the issue. You may open the web page using an incognito window of Google Chrome or by enabling safe mode in Firefox.
