Color of header background is not changing

I've created a form and set the background color of the header to be #0D1F2D. I also changed the header font to gruppo. In the Advanced Designer, both the color and font are set, however when i preview, only the font is updated. The background color is not what i've set. I go back into designer, and it's showing me the correct color. 

I was able to reproduced the issue as well. For some reason the style background-color of the Header field on your form https://www.jotform.ca/form/42616496086261 was not changing.

Allow me more time to investigate and find a fix. I'll get back shortly. 

 

I found the issue was being caused by the Pastel theme used on the form.

So this can be corrected by removing first the Pastel theme being used.

 

 

then just redo necessary style design you need using the Form Designer (i.e. rounded corner, Header background color)
