Why have some of my submissions been deleted?

I have noticed my submissions prior to 30th Oct have all been deleted, I used to have thousands of submission data, and not its only showing since 31st Oct.

If this is the case, surely my upload space should be reduced a lot. Can you please get this fixed. Its urgent.

When I checked your account initially I could see there were about 1000 submissions in your account, I have then sent a job to restore those deleted submissions (because of the submissions storage limit, not deleted by you) and I can see the counter shows 39789 now, could you please check your account and confirm us that you can see all your submitted data now?
