    emails not being forwarded

    we have an info email info@cleanoutexpress.com that is set up as a google group and goes to 4 people, we also have greg@cleanoutexpress.com which goes to me.


    up until a few days ago the email was sending to info@cleanoutexpress.com fine, now it doesn't send to info@cleanoutexpress.com


    when i add greg@cleanoutexpress.com as a email notification it works, is there a reason why it is not even being sent to info@cleanoutexpress.com


    its not going to spam, it is currently working when emailing regular but for jotforms it is not sending, can you please look into this?

    Since the address info@cleanoutexpress.com is not an actual email recipient , you should not have it as a Sender Email in the settings.


    Rather than that, create the email recipient and also add it to that google group.
