When I try to sign in a form comes up, I have attached it below. I am currently using a VPN to access my account. However all my support questions have disappeared.
I have filled the form in twice, I'm not 100% sure what the questions want to know as I do have a website but it is not attached to the jot form account, although some forms are on our website.
I use jot form to run my business so this is a huge problem.

I have checked on our records and could not find an account related to your email address, the one you used to open this forum thread.
If you already filled our that form you got then your account should have been reviewed by someone from JotForm support.
However, if you still are unable to log into your account, please let us know your username so we can further check why your IP address has been banned from our system.
We'll wait for your response.
