DNS error on form load in any browser but works on preview

This form https://form.jotform.com/62955973499984 is not loading on any browser or embed point but will load in preview mode in the jotform editor.

Why is this happening?

Actually none of my forms in embed or direct links are currently working but they work on jotform editor and preview mode.

Could you please try to open the https://form.jotform.com link and provide us with the full error message (if any)?

I have checked your form links from different locations by was not able to reproduce the issue.
