Can we write a script into column?

Can we write below script for jquery into your field?

If you can, please let me know.

This script is for Japan Postal code.

It is not possible to add this script directly to the form. However, if you embed your form on a website and inject this piece of script and somehow relate it with the Postal Code sub label on the Address field it may work.
