I've looked at everything several times. Maybe I've missed something obvious, but I'm stumped.
I do receive notifications in my iOS jotform app, but none via emailPage URL:

I checked your form which you've problem. Your recipient e-mails were not in the bounce list and I see that the notifications have been sent successfully as you can see below.
Please check your spam folder and mark them as NOT spam.
