Form Disabled

    my form has been disabled. I have no idea why it happened. I just had intergrated the form in my website http://www.getyourhostingdeals.com/ for valid purpose.

    Please help me to activate the form asap.

    Hello ankitnavgwal,

    I checked your form which you've referred and I saw that you wanted to enter a password from your subscriber. This means "Phishing" and it's against the JotForm Terms and Conditions. 

    I removed password field from your form and activated your account.  Your form is active again. For more information please read our Terms and Conditions. For any other question, please let me know.
