Delete entry does not show up in configurable list widget

delete entry does not show up in the row

Hello bsalcpt;

I looked over your last form. In "Participant Information" field, I filled up a test data and after filling up all the required data, the "Delete Entry" button appeared automatically. Here is the screenshot: 

If you have still any other problems about it, please let us know.

I realized it doesn't show up until there is more than 1 entry.  thanks for your quick reply!
