    Docusign widget not working

    I have set up a jot form with a signature requirement using docusign wizard and we are having issues on submitting it.  

    We have received some submissions back, so do not know why it is not working now.

    I have two forms being used with a docusign wizard on each of them.  

    Customer Information form - 4 Nights  

    Customer Information form - 7 Nights

    The 4 night form had been working because we had gotten 10 submissions back, now it says that a problem occured when trying to sign the docusign, and will not let you submit.  

    I went in to try and do a sample of the 7 night form and that is not working either.  

    I had tested both forms prior to sending it on to our customer and they both were working fine.

    May we know what kind of subscription you have with DocuSign? If you had a free account with them, that free account serves as a trial for 30 days which means the API integration will work only during the trial. If by any chance you had a trial with them and it stopped working, this could only mean that your Docusign Trial has expired.

    For your reference, this is their Pricing Page https://www.docusign.com/products-and-pricing Just ensure that you have a plan that allows the use of the Docusign API (the JotForm - Docusign widget uses it).
