Hi...I've created a contract for my services but I need the body of the contract also sent to the client that completes the form. How can that be done?
Right now the only info that is sent via email are the fields that the client completes.

You can show the contract body in the PDF format of your client's submission by following this guide: How to show headers or text for contracts/terms/agreements in the PDF format of a submission.
If you want to show the contract in the email body as well, then you need to copy and paste the contract text into the body of the autoresponder email wizard. I checked your autoresponder settings and I see that you have already added the contract there, so it looks like the issue has been resolved.
