Show additional fields based on the number of registrants.

3) We offer discounts for multiple individuals in the same family registering under the initial applicant. The Cape Fear Sail and Power Squadron asks for the number of registrants and then additional forms appear for each registrant in the same family. How do I make this work?

Here is how you can accomplish it:

You can ask for the number of registrants firstly. You can simply add a Number field for this. Based on the number of registrants you can setup conditions.

As you can see when you update the number at number of registration form changes accordingly. Please feel free to clone it to see the conditions that I setup.
