I believe you were referring to the number of used submissions showing in your account:

Sorry about this, it looks like your submissions counter didn't correctly reset at the start of this month.

Your submissions have just been recalculated, and it should be showing the correct amount of submissions now, which is 11 as of this moment.

Please check, and let us know should you experience further issues.

No, I see in the home page new orders that we haven't actually received.

I have checked your account. Your submission limit was reseted as my colleague mentioned above.

However, this is not the issue according to your last comment.

Could you please explain your issue more detailed? Can you not receive Notification Emails for your submissions? If it is the issue, for which form you have this problem?

If you cannot see Notification Emails etc. in your email inbox, please check your Spam Inbox and mark them as "Not Spam" if there are in your spam.

We'll be awaiting for your reply.

    Thank you.

    Hello Olivia,

here below is a screenshot of what I see. when I open the homepage I see 55 and 30 new orders for the Whole foods form and 30 for the US Customer one. When I open them there are are actually no new orders.

The number of your submissions for those two forms has also been recalculated, and the "new" or "unread" count is no longer showing incorrectly.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
