Your payments are not working.. is there an issue? I have tried both old and new version and nothing.

I have checked your last edited JotForm titled Clone of Candiac 3 week Payment Form. However, it looks like you have deleted the form. Your question is too generic to isolate the issue. Could you provide us with more information so that we can provide you with necessary assistance?
