I have tried several tomes to unarchive the form by pressing the "unarchive" button. When I do this my screen goes blank and the form is till in the archive file.

We currently don't have any issues in regards to un-archiving a form. Here's a screen capture:
May I ask what browser are you using? Please try disabling any browser add-ons or extensions that you recently installed. You may also try using another browser to check if it will work or not. The last resort will be clearing your browser cache.
Let me clear your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
