Changing the form name in email

Hi,

When I receive an immediate notification for the form "Nick's Pizza" it still says "Imported Form: CNC Operator" in the body of the email. How do I change that to make it more consistent? 

While editing your form, click on the "Emails" tab, then select "Edit" for the email you wish to update.  From there, replace the current title of your email with your title:
