Like some others on the Forum, I've had a breakdown of some integrations last week - that have been working fine for over a year:
Jotform dialog for these integration says they are working - but they aren't. They ceased on 8th Nov.
I can probably solve it by removing the integration and re-instating it. This worked once before on another form.
But my question: Is there an integration log so I can see what's happening and when - to try and identify the cause ?

Unfortunately, there is no log where you can check what happen on the integrations. Your reason for having this piece of information is clear. However, we cannot provide you this right now. Our developers might consider adding this up in the future.
Right now, the only way you would know if the integration is still up and running is to check your data if they are up to date. You can compare the data from the submissions page to your spreadsheet file - if the form is integrated with Google Spreadsheet.
