Copying field values to other fields

I've looked on previous questions/answers regarding the page breaks and I'm not finding a solution. I am creating a form to track condition reports for artworks in exhibitions. There will need to be forms as long as 100 pages, because each artwork will need a condition report submitted. I tried adding page breaks but when I test it it just takes me to the end of the form. 

Additionally, there are two fields that I don't want the individual to have to fill out each page. They need to fill the first two fields out on the first page, and then subsequently only fill out the last 6 fields. Can you please assist me with both of these questions?

It seems that the first issue is solved, the form is properly redirecting to the next page.

If you would like to copy field values from the first page to the next pages you might consider using 'Update / Calculate Field' conditions. Unfortunately, you will need to set 200 individual conditions if you would like to copy 2 fields to the 100 form pages.

For example, this is how the Name field value can be copied to the Name field on the second page.
