ACT Wildlife has a notification of need to upgrade due to submission space deficiency

    I thought that we were way under the limit.

    Can you please explain to me why this is so.

    ACT Wildlife is an animal charity and our forms are for membership, training volunteers and volunteering.

    Your account is on the free plan, and free accounts can only store up to 500 submissions in total at any given time.

    Your account already received 500 submissions, which is why you received that notice.

    Unless the account it upgraded, as your forms receive new submissions the oldest submissions will automatically get deleted to make room. If you receive 5 new submissions, your oldest 5 submissions will be removed to make place for the new ones.

    If you want to keep over 500 submissions, you can upgrade to any of our paid plans. In particular, our Storage plan that goes for $5/month will allow you to store unlimitted amount of total submissions in your account.
