ACT Wildlife has a notification of need to upgrade due to submission space deficiency

Asked by ACTWildlife on November 11, 2016 at 10:19 PM

I thought that we were way under the limit.

Can you please explain to me why this is so.

ACT Wildlife is an animal charity and our forms are for membership, training volunteers and volunteering.

    kind regards,

    Marg Peachey

    President, ACT Wildlife

Your account is on the free plan, and free accounts can only store up to 500 submissions in total at any given time.

Your account already received 500 submissions, which is why you received that notice.

Unless the account it upgraded, as your forms receive new submissions the oldest submissions will automatically get deleted to make room. If you receive 5 new submissions, your oldest 5 submissions will be removed to make place for the new ones.

If you want to keep over 500 submissions, you can upgrade to any of our paid plans. In particular, our Storage plan that goes for $5/month will allow you to store unlimitted amount of total submissions in your account.

If you want to upgrade to one of the higher pricing plans such as Bronze and above, as a charity you may want to apply for our non-profit discount:
