Adding license agreement form

I added a check box to my terms & condition form and a privacy policy by each checklist is read & agree with an html code given by you but I also had to add a html box how do I remove your given code and add the html code from my added box

The Text fields on your form are editable, you can edit them with rich text editor or work with the html source.
