    How can I send test answers to individuals?

    We have a 101 test questions form and there are few individuals that say they have not received the results via email after submitting the test.  I do see their submission of the test.  

    How can I send them their results if for some reason they don't receive them?

    If your users didn't receive their autoresponder emails, they may have entered their emails incorrectly, or their spam filters might have flagged the emails as spam.

    Probably the easiest way to send them their answers again is directly from the submissions page of your form, by using the Forward button to forward them their submission data and entering their address as the recipient:

    This only shows what they submitted, it doesn't show the answers to their test questions.  Then I went to the JotForm Quiz area where my answers are set for the quiz and I see her submission and answers but there is no way to send them to her unless I export them to a csv file, but then I don't see the answers.

    I just need to send one user the answers to her submission.  I received her submission, but when I sent that to her it didn't show the answers.  I'm not sure what you mean by new builder?

    Unfortunately, the quiz form app does not have the option to email results to the person who submits the form. https://www.jotform.com/help/289-Turn-your-form-into-a-Quiz-or-Exam-

    That should be escalated as a future upgrade.  I just had to snip and paste the results for 3 students and it was painful!
