We are not getting the application emailed to us

    Hello poshpetsrescue,

    I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly and you should not have any issue in receiving submission emails. I did check our email logs and found that email address MsLondonspets@aol.com was in our bounce list but one of my colleague have already removed it and answered you in the following thread:  https://www.jotform.com/answers/991008-why-am-I-not-getting-copies-of-applications-to-my-email#2 

    Since my colleague have already removed your email address from our bounce list, it should work fine now. I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.

    why can I not see this
    You can try enabling PDF as attachment on your email notifications in order to see if this will resolve the problem. Simply edit your form, click Emails > Advanced > PDF Attachment > Yes

    Do you mean to say that you want to enable PDF attachment? Please check the screenshot below how to enable PDF attachment in submission emails:
