How to redirect to a different link based on users answer.

2) One of the questions we ask is whether they want to leave us a testimonial (based on answering prior questions that identify them as a hot prospect for a testimonial), and we want our testimonials to be left by them on Google Places rather than answered within the survey as a short/long form question. Can we send people to external links right within an individual question, or alternatively, can we send people to different URL’s once the form has been completed based on the answer selections?

2) If you need to accomplish something like this:

-If question 1 is equal to A, then redirect to URL(X).

-If question 1 is equal to B, then redirect to URL(Y).
