I am having a problem with one form that I have created here: http://www.cubetwentyone.com/ics-checklist
This form previously was fine of sending out email notification to the group email, however in the past 2 days this has failed.
Could you please let me know what causing the issue here?

I checked your email history and it looks like the email notifications were sent to the specified address successfully. You can also check this on your end by following this guide: How to View All Your Form Email History
Can you please check if the emails were sent to the spambox? If they are, please mark them as Not Spam to resolve the issue. Also please make sure that firstname.lastname@example.org is in your trusted senders list.
If the issue persists, please let us know.
