Is there a way to not have the matrix form put all the data in the same row? I notice when the CSV file is created it put's each field in a different column. This poses a problem when I try to upload the matrix submission to another software where it's supposed to pull the info in. It can't find the matrix data. Is this because I have other fields like Address and a message section in addition to the matrix section? It'd be nice if I could get the address and message to show in the submission email field with only the matrix data in the CSV file. Thoughts?

Field data is exported as one field per cell. If you need the data separated out into separate cells by default, it would require capturing one piece of data per field, rather than using fields that capture multiple types of data. You could set up multiple sets of single fields and show those sets conditionally.

The problem with exporting a single field to multiple cells would be splitting a single set of data out to multiple sets to be exported.
