Can I change the username? (name shown on invoice)

    This is a corporate account, and the person in charge of this has left.

    Finance is asking if we are able to change the username to Corporate Marketing instead.

    I have already changed the "name" to be mine, Derrick Ong.

    However under username, it is still lennyong.

    Please provide us with the new username that you would like to use, it should be available for us to make the change, a good way to know if the username is available  by checking it on the sign up page: https://www.jotform.com/signup.

    Type the username that you would like to use and it should  tell you if this is either available or not.

    We will change the username as soon as you provide us with a new one.
