Account Form Suspended

    We have a paid-for monthly subscription with Jotform but see the account is suspended. Please activate immediately.

    Your account with the username "comealive" is currently active. As far as I have seen you have just upgraded your account today. Through checking our logs about your account I can see the auto suspension log. This was probably caused by the monthly limits before you upgraded your plan. When you exceed the limits your account is suspended until the 1st of next month. 

    However, upon your upgrading everything came back to normal and you are available to use your paid account without a problem as of now. We are sorry for the inconvenience that is caused by this.
