Just received an email saying we've reach our submission limit but waiting for email response

    I sent an request yesterday for an educational discount and have not heard back yet. We got another email this morning saying we have reached our submission limit this month. Please can you send use educational discount info so we can pay for upgraded package.

    I have checked the status of your educational discount application, and I see it was already approved yesterday.

    Please check the inbox of your email address, and if the approval email is not there, please check your spam folder as well. The approval email with links to upgrade your account was sent to you about 22 hours ago.
