Why my uploads are coming in excel files only?

All of my uploads are coming in as xml files instead on docx files!!! Last month, the same files came in correctly, this month they are all xml files. 

What happened?????

I checked your submissions and I see that files are in doc/docx:

I checked few of your email submissions as well and uploads are in doc/docx as well. So I'm not sure if the issue persists or if you had something else in mind?

THey appear to be docx files, but when I download them, they are .zip files that contain nothing but xml files.
