Building a membership form: SalesForce integration and Stripe payments

I'm just starting with JotForm.

To become a member of our NGO, "Saving Our Planet", I need to gather both personnel data (name,email, etc). and set up a credit card payment via Stripe.

Is it possible to do this in one membership form? Is this the best way to do this? Are there any templates I could start with?

Collecting payments via Stripe is quite easy to do through forms.  Here is our guide on how to do so:

Name, email, address and several other form fields can be added to your form quite easily as well.

Edit your form and add the fields from the column on the left.

I think I understand both Stripe payments and Salesforce integration, but I think I need both capabilities in the same form.

I want the new member to enter his data, and then to pay his dues. When this is done, all this will be sent to Salesforce.

Is this possible, or is there a better way?

Yes, that is possible, you can integrate your form with Stripe, here is how to do that: https://www.jotform.com/help/190-How-to-Integrate-Stripe-with-your-Form

And you can integrate the same form with Salesforce, here is the guide:

So when your users fill the form and pay, data will be sent to Salesforce account as well.
