Can I please have my account reset? I can take the payment form offline. I'd still like to use the jotforms service without payment processing. I do not have enough regular volume of forms to justify paying for an upgraded account.

Once your account is over its limits, all forms in the account are disabled until either the monthly reset on the first day of the next month or when the account is upgraded. I have set your account back below the payment total and restored your forms. Any further payment will put your account back over the limit for the month and will require upgrading or waiting for the reset to restore.
