The Docusign Plugin keeps giving an error message

    Here is a screen scrab for you.  My clients were saying that it wasn't working for them and when I tested it I got the same error.

    I made a test using the form on your website but I could not reproduce the issue anymore at this time.

    When use the Docusign on the form, it successfully redirected me to the docusign page http://www.brightlightfunding.com/funding-application/
