Form not responsive on Wordpress mobile

Hello!

I have tried all of the solutions I can find. I have made the form responsive. I have embedded the iframe code. I installed the jotform plugin and inserted the form that way.

The form is responsive on desktop but not on mobile. Please help!

I got it fixed, it needed the mobile widget. Thank you!
