Submit button stucks on Please Wait

    When I hit the submit on my form it get stuck on "please wait..."

     

    the form is located on my wordpress site in a post.

    Hello,

    Could you please send us the WordPress site URL that you have embedded your form in it? 

    We need to check how did you embed your form.

    Hello again, 

    I have checked your website. As I have understood, you have embedded your form into the WordPress website using the [embed]..[/embed] codes only.

    I recommend you to embed your form with the iFrame method as the following document: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code 

    Please try this and if the issue still persists, let us know.
