1) 5 forms - does that mean I can only have up to 5 surveys for free?

2) 500 total submission storage - If we have 5 surveys, does that mean each survey can have up to only 100 submissions? i.e. I have to share the total submission storage among all the surveys (forms) created?

1) 5 forms - does that mean I can only have up to 5 surveys for free?

Yes, you can only have 5 forms under the Free account. You can upgrade account anytime you want, if you decide to add more forms to your account.

2) 500 total submission storage - If we have 5 surveys, does that mean each survey can have up to only 100 submissions? i.e. I have to share the total submission storage among all the surveys (forms) created?

Free account can hold 500 total submission storage and it doesn't matter which forms have it. Please take note that once you reach your limit, our system will automatically delete your oldest form submissions. To avoid losing it, we suggest keeping an eye with your total submissions and download and delete them whenever you can. You'll actually receive a warning email about this once you'll reach the total of 450 submissions.

3) 100 monthly submissions - does that mean only 100 people can participate in the survey per month?

Yes, Free account has a limit of 100 submissions per month. The limit counter always reset back to 0 every first day of the month.
