How can I add a stock amount to my square payment form?

Asked by starrphotograph on December 02, 2016 at 02:28 PM

Hi! I'm looking to try and add a stock amount to the payment form for square. It doesn't seem to direct link back to my square store. I am wanted to only ensure so many orders of this one products are able to be made on the form and not go over. Is there a way to add the amount available to order that will track stock on the items?

If I understand you correctly I think you mean that you want to add a "stock-like based inventory system" to your form.

Yes, you can certainly do that.

Please refer to this guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/323-Mastering-Payment-Form-Integrations-with-JotForm then scroll down about half way down the page and read up on the section about " Implementing a Stock Limit Option ".

Hope this helps but, if you get confused or need more help just let us know.
