Is it possible to create a fillable PDF copy of my form?

I have used you before when FormsCentral closed.  Can you still create PDF Forms and distribute via email and either the recipient presses the submit button or attaches it to an email when complete back to me?  Either way, this can then be exported into a database at Jotform?  I have a client whose security will not allow them to complete confidential information online - so this could work well. Do you have a report generator or  can the data be exported into Tableau?  Lastly, can I import an existing PDF Form into your system?

Sorry there are so many questions.

We do indeed offer the ability to create fillable PDF copies of forms.  They are not nearly as robust as their online counterparts, however, they do a great job of collecting basic information.  Here is our guide on using fillable PDF forms:

If you have a fillable PDF form that was created using formscentral, you can import that form directly:

I am trying to create a fillable PDF from one of my forms at https://www.jotform.com/fillable-pdf-form-creator/

It appears to start doing something (wheels turning).  But nothing happens??

    Can you help?

If you wouldn't mind creating a new thread letting us know which form you are trying to creator a fillable PDF of, we will be happy to have a look.  The fillable PDf form creator looks to be working at this time so it may be an issue with your specific form.
