    Submission emails are not being received.

    I checked the "bounce" list and the e-mail address, sales.engineering@falconjet.com is NOT on the bounce back list. However, I am not receiving e-mails to sales.engineering@falconjet.com which is our SUBMISSION E-MAIL ADDRESS.


    For the last few months, we have been having A LOT of trouble receiving e-mails and our MIS department says it is NOT on our end, so it HAS to be on your end.


    Please investigate.

    Hello William,

    I did check the email alert of your form and did not find any issue with that. You should be receiving submission emails without any problem. I also checked our email logs and found that the submission emails are being sent successfully. Please check the logs below:

    Have you checked your spam folder already? Please check your spam folder and see if the emails ended up there. If the issue persists, I would suggest you to please use your own email address to send submission email. You need to setup SMTP and set custom sender email in your email alert. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
