Upgrade process with Paypal not work

I'd like to upgrade my account and use Paypal. I am able to logon to Paypal using IE or Chrome, so I know my username and password are correct (I've been using it regularly).

When I go through the process to upgrade and use paypal to pay I get a message (on the paypal site) saying:

I have tried it several times but no luck. I've also had a few paypal transactions today and I have money in my account, it just appears to be the process that gets initiated when I try to pay you by clicking along in the wizard to upgrade.

We are sorry for the issue you have been experiencing. 

It seems a Paypal issue rather than a Jotform issue. When I searched this error, I found a thread on Paypal forum which suggest you to follow below steps.

1. Logout Paypal

2. Clear your browser caches & cookies

3. Reboot your computer

4. Then, begin your action again from the beginning. 

After all these steps, please try to upgrade your account by following user guide here below. When you select Paypal option, it will direct you to Paypal page.

If the issue still persists even after these, you may consider to get in touch with Paypal Support or select another payment gateway for your subscription.
