Why I'm not receiving submissions to my email?

    At http://beclearwindowcleaning.com/request-estimate/ which is the Book Estimate Request Form is not getting sent to barrett_brian@sbcglobal.net

    I am not over my account limits. Any help would be appreciated.

    I checked your email in our logs and I saw that your email ended in our Bounce list, the reason is below:

    Reason(s) : smtp; 553 5.3.0 alpd677 DNSBL:ATTRBL 521< 129.121.116.31

    I removed your email from the Bounce list and you should be able to receive submissions now.

    I would advise you to check this guide on how to prevent this kind of issues.

    I checked your email in our logs and it is not in Bounce list and according to our reports submissions were sent:

    Would you mind checking if those emails didn't end in Junk/Spam folder by any chance?
