Hello Jotform
First, I commend you for making this website, completely fantasisk
However, I would ask when I make a registration form. People can only use this for once, how do I set it to be used several times by the same person.
It is a site where they submit their results every time they are engaged in shooting sports
You can see an example here

I have checked both forms and I see that the option "Unique Submission" is set to "Check cookies only". This means your respondents can only submit your form once using the same browser. This is used to prevent users from submitting forms multiple times.
You can turn that off by going to the Preference Wizard of your form (click Preferences) and find the "Unique Submission" under Advanced tab. You need to set the option to "No Check"
Below is a link to a guide that may also help you.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to get back to us if you have other questions or concerns. Thank you.
